**Note – Completed Registration is both a submitted, completed form plus received payment

3. Email Confirmation – You will receive an email confirmation once the form has been completed and payment has been received. If any issues or questions, please contact Danny at EESportsManagementTD@gmail.com

Further, program instructors and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. I understand that no fees will be refunded once the program has started due to bad weather and/or any other circumstances. Please be aware that photos/videos may be taken and used for publicity purposes.
