Winnipeg Camps – payment for selected program should be made by e-transfer to EESportsSummerCamps@gmail.com OR Visit Credit Card Payment Link below in Form (Be Advised – Processing Fees will apply if choosing Credit Card) for selected program to make payment.

Fredericton / Moncton Camps – payment should be made by e-transfer to EESportsManagementTD@gmail.com OR Visit Credit Card Payment Link below in Form (Be Advised – Processing Fees will apply if choosing Credit Card) for selected program to make payment.

**Important Note – Completed Registration is both a submitted, completed form plus received payment**

I waive and release E&E SPORTS MANAGEMENT, its affiliated associations, sponsors, agents or representatives, from any and all injuries or losses suffered while participating and competing in all training, leagues, and events with the E&E ACADEMY. Further, program instructors and its co-organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property. All scheduled events are subject to change. I understand that no fees will be refunded once the program has started due to bad weather and/or any other circumstances. Please be aware that photos/videos may be taken and used for publicity purposes.
