OUR STORY

We’re dedicated to nurturing talent from grassroots to greatness!

As soccer lovers born and raised in Winnipeg with 30+ years of playing the game, we’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and limitations for Canadian soccer players locally and abroad at the highest levels. Despite being lucky enough to have visionary coaches and mentors open opportunities for us, we didn’t have the connections, resources or relationships needed as young players to fully achieve our greatest potential.

At E&E, we’ve created a pathway program that eliminates the unknown variables for players, so they can focus on what they can control – working hard every day to grow and learn how to excel at the highest levels of the game.

Our goal is simple – to equip Canadian talent with every resource and opportunity possible to succeed and help them become the best player they can be and achieve their dreams in the Beautiful Game!

OUR APPROACH

Our approach fosters skills and a lifelong love of the game!

PLAY

The first pillar of our program is Play. We focus on maximizing the opportunities that young players have to play the game, because playing is where they build their confidence, develop their creativity, and mold their passion.

PURPOSE

Everything we do, and every move we make on the pitch is with Purpose. We use this philosophy to shape the players’ ability to make decisions, inform their thinking, and influence their movements and performance to positively affect the outcome of the game.

PROGRESSION

We build Progression into every session as we expose players to different playing environments to allow them to lead and to be challenged by their peers. Every player is vital to the success of every other player.

PATHWAY

We think with the end game in mind for our players. How can we navigate their best Pathway possible in the game? Every player has a path they will ultimately take in the game of soccer, and we specialize in helping our players and their families maximize it.
